The EVIDEM Collaboration is a non-profit organization aiming to bring together diverse perspectives and expertise to realize its objects:

To promote public health by supporting transparent and efficient healthcare decisionmaking through systematic assessments and dissemination of evidence and value of healthcare interventions, for the public benefit.

The activities of the collaboration are directed by an international board of directors.

Funding of the collaboration is being pursued among stakeholders with an interest in promoting its objects. Initial development of the framework by BioMedCom Consultants was part of an exploratory study of decisionmaking processes supported by an unrestricted research grant from Pfizer Canada. After that, both BioMedCom and Pfizer transfered all their ownership rights to the EVIDEM Collaboration. Pfizer Canada provided some start-up funds and BioMedCom is providing ongoing support to establish the collaboration.
