The EVIDEM framework is a series of tools and processes integrated into a comprehensive and pragmatic healthcare decision-support framework. Bridging health technology assessment (HTA), multicriteria decision analysis (MCDA) and ethics, the framework was developed to:

• support the deliberative process
• provide relevant evidence
• share decisions transparently

The framework integrates explicit components of decision with data available. Applying the framework for a healthcare intervention provides a transparent record of how components of decision are considered and on which evidence those considerations are based.

Framework tools and processes are freely available to members
